005 1918 Mary Cashman Sureties

To the Honorable the Judge of the Probate Court, in and for the County of Norfolk: respectfully represents Mary F. Cashman of Quincy in the County of Norfolk that William Cashman who last dwelt in Quincy in the County of Norfolk, died on the 24th day of April A.D. 1918 intestate, possessed goods and estate remaining to be administered, leaving a widow his only heirs-at-law and next-of-kin, the persons whose names, residences and relationship to the deceased are as follows, viz: Mary F. Cashman, Widow, Edward L. Cashman, son, William F. Cashman, minor son, that your petitioner is widow of the deceased above named. Wherefore your petitioner prays that she, or some other suitable person be appointed administratrix [sin] of the estate of said deceased, and certifies that the statements herein contained are true to the best of her knowledge and belief.
