    Notes
    • (Research):The death certificate of Hildegard Leverentz lists her father's name as Ernest Maina instead of Rudolph Meina. The informant for this information was Hildegard's daughter, Ruth. I suspect that Ruth confused her grandmother's name (Ernestina) with her grandfather's name. Ruth stated that she did not know the name of her grandmother. The accuracy of Ruth's testimony is suspect.
