| 006 1844 Johanna Herlighy Exham Papers p2 Here are the papers mentioning the widow Herlighy who lived in the civil parih of Inniscarra in the town of Lisadeen. This town is also where James Cashman lived. In the next household a Widow Johanna Herlihy is listed. These Exham papers show that Johanna Herlihy is the widow of a Corneilus Herlighy. Concidences: Herlighy is the maiden name of James Cashman's mother, Johanna.Timothy Murphy is a name that appears as a baptismal Sponsor for James Cashman's child Judith aka Julia. At this point we do not know if these Cashman, Herlighy, Murphy families are related. Another note is on 29 April 1781 a Cors Hierlihy married a Johanna Murphy Recorded Parochial Area at ST PETER & PAUL'S, CORK. Witness were Sheehan and Mary Farrll. There is no way of knowing if this is the Widow Herlighy married to Corneilus either.

| 013 1912 Goodbye Mayor Shea song p1 Goodbye Mayor Shea By: C.M.Duggan.- We gather in the "Hub" at the famous City Club, All burghers of the good old granite town. To do honor to our Mayor now retiring from the chair. To add another laurel to his crown. Goodbye Billy, farewell Billy. Our hearts are sad today. We may never find a Mayor to excel you in the chair. Goodbye, Mayor Shea. Elected by your peers, during four successive years. To guide our municipal Ship of State. Over reefs, and bars, and shoals, we, deep within our souls. Your honesty and worth appreciate. Goodbye Billy, farewell Billy. Our hearts are sad today. We may never find a Mayor to excel you in the chair Goodbye, Mayor Shea. Many citizens did call with their woes to City Hall. Tales of criticism and complaint. They were never turned away from your sanctum, night or day. You listened with the patience of a saint. Goodbye Billy, farewell Billy. Our hearts are sad today. We may never find a Mayor to excel you in the chair. Goodbye, Mayor Shea.

| 013 1912 Goodbye Mayor Shea song p2 Were the callers rich or poor, it was all the same, I'm sure. You treated them most courteous, one and all. Your smile dispelled their wrath, you cast roses in their path. As you bowed them out and thanked them for the call. Goodbye Billy, farewell Billy. Our hearts are sad today. We may never find a Mayor to excel you in the chair. Goodbye, Mayor Shea. Retiring from the strife and the cares of public life, May your future be a happy one we pray. You have never found a friend, who is not with you to the end. We are here to prove that friendship, Mayor Shea.
